**Please note: We do not allow children ages 12-17. Nothing against teenagers (we have them and once were them), but we are isolated from the teenager 'hangouts' and have no on-site entertainment for this age group. When we add facilities in the future, we will change this policy. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience.

Terms: Prepaid upon arrival by cash or check only.

Any refunds for early departure will be recomputed at regular summer rates.
 

Cancellation Policy:

For all reservations other than [Holidays] we require a 48 hours notice. For [Holidays] we require a notice of one week. If you fail to give appropriate notice of cancellation, you will be charged a penalty equal to one night's stay. This penalty will be in the form of a credit which can be used within one year from the date of your original reservation. Changes to reservations during a busy time, may not be possible. All bookings are subject to availability.
