We think our greatest amenity is the friendly atmosphere and from guestbook comments, many of our campers agree. A resident manager is on site and will help with anything you may need. Our No. 1 goal is to ensure you enjoy your stay on Florida's beautiful Emerald Coast. Since purchasing the park in Nov. 04, we have been upgrading our facility in order to meet the most demanding guest's satisfaction. Here is a list of our current amenities. We will be updating it as projects are completed. The pool has been replastered and had a face lift, and we've added a sunning area for that all important tan. A NOTE ABOUT PETS: Please be aware that while we welcome pets, for the safety and comfort of our guests, there are restrictions. Snakes,large dogs, dogs with guard bloodlines (such as, but not limited to, Rotweiller, Doberman, Pitbull, or Chow-Chow), and incessant barkers are not allowed. Please do not cause an embarrassing situation by bringing a problem animal to the park. You will be asked to leave. All pets must be maintained, leashed, and accompanied by an adult whenever outside. Outdoor pens or fences are not allowed.(Whew! Glad that's out of the way!)
